To log into Insight, please make sure you are using the correct login protocol.

Username
  • The Insight username is your Student ID with a lower case letter before the Student ID.
  • If your Student ID is W12345678, your Insight Username is w12345678.
  • Note: If your Student ID begins with an "@", please replace the "@" with a "x". e.g. @12345678 becomes x12345678
  • If you do not know your Student ID, please contact Admissions & Records/Registration
Password
Until the password is changed by an Admin or the student, the default password is changeme

For any course listing issues, please be sure to specify your course or course(s) and for which term the listing issue is occuring below in the description box .

File Attachments

You have the option to attach one ore more files (e.g. screenshots, sample file, etc.) that may help us better troubleshoot your problem. Each file size is limited to 5 Mb.

NOTE: Once this ticket is submitted, attached files cannot be deleted.

It is our goal to provide quick and accurate support. To better assist you, we recommend that you fill out all fields and provide detailed information about the issue you are experiencing, including:

  • Error messages and URL's
  • Course name, section and instructor (if applicable)
  • Steps you have already tried to resolve the issue
